QGF600 barrel filling machine1). Function and featuresQGF-600 full automatic barrel filling line is exclusively used in producing 5 gallon barrel water. Working principleQGF-600 automatic barrel production line is made up of barrel loading part, rinsing part, filling/capping part, electrical control part according to its function, structure and control method.1). Barrel loading and rinsing part: put the recycling barrels on the conveyor chain while working, the barrel loading conveyor will send the barrel to the automatic barrel loading position, pushing cylinder V1 pushes the barrel to the barrel loading gantry, cylinder V2 then pushes the barrel loading gantry rotate, and inserts 45° barrel to the barrel tray. With the running of the chain, the barrel turns to headstand state, the barrel enters into the water drip station with the mouth down.2). Filling/capping part:A. After rinsing and sterilizing, with the 120° rotation of chain, the headstand cleaned barrel becomes recumbent state, barrel pushing cylinder V3 pushes the empty to the conveyor chain, and then sends the barrel to the filling machine.B. The filling cylinder V4 action, the filling head dip into the barrel, the filling time fixed by the PLC, and can make the plus-minus amendment for the liquid level.C. After filling, the filled barrel will be sent to capping station through conveyor belt and forward. The capped filled barrel will pass the cap press device, and the cap press device will finish the cap press action automatically. The pressed filled barrel will be conveyed automatically to the following procedures like light inspection, labeling, film wrapping etc by the conveyor belt.5). On line inner-brush machine1).  Automatic on line inner-brush machine is special for 5 gallon barrel inner rinsing. The machine adopts cage construction, stable and reliable. Four barrels will be arranged by the conveyor and pushed into the barrel brush machine, with the 90° rotation of the cage, the barrel turns to the horizontal state, four pcs of inner brushes insert the barrel and start to brush at one time, after washing, the cage again rotate 90°, and the barrel becomes headstand state to pour out of the water inside of the barrel, then the cage rotate 90° to make the barrel upright at last. With the conveyor of the subsequent four barrels, the finished barrels will be conveyed out of the inner-brush machine, the whole procedure has been finished.2). Production capacity≥600barrels/h3).
