Widely applied to grind the material and finished products on the cement plant, and is applicable in grinding of various ores in chemical industry, metallurgy, electricity, cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal processing and glass ceramics industry,etc. Both of open-circuit grinding and curliar grinding are usable. The cement mill is featured by its strong suitability, continuous production, high ratio of crushing, and adjustable fineness etc. besides, both moist method and dry method can be adopted and the grinding and drying are operated at the same time. > Features Cement mill is composed of feeding parts,discharging part, turning part, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electric control),etc. Hollow axis adopts the cast steel,lining can be replaced,rotary rack wheel adopts casting gear for process,in the barrel beset with wear-resisting liner,it has good abrasion resistance. The machine runs smoothly,work reliably. > Cement mill's working principle: The cement ball mill is horizontal cylindrical rotation device, driven by brim gearwheel. There are two chambers and grid. Material goes into the first chamber through the feeding inlet. Inside the first chamber, there are stage liners and ripple liners as well as steel balls. The shell rotates so as to generate electricity, and this force brings ball to a certain height and then balls drop down by gravity, the impact is the grinding force to the material. After the primary grinding, materials go into the second chamber through segregate screen.  In the second chamber, there are flat liners and steel ball. After the secondary grinding, material is discharged from the discharging mouth.
