Skidded Equipment for Wastewater Treatment of Mobile Operation Overview Drilling sewage treatment equipment integrates such functions as sewage destabilization,Website:http://www.dhpetrotools.com, oil-water separation, solid-fluid separation, and sewage purification by using new sewage treatment technology combining the chemical and physical methods, thus to effectively purify the drilling sewage of oil field, significantly reduce the discharge of pollutants, and realize the pre-treatment, standard reinjection or discharge of drilling sewage.  Structure description Main feature of the equipment is that main containers and pipelines contacted with sewage are made of fiberglass. The Green Shield skidded fiberglass drilling sewage treatment equipment can provide different process flows according to the different conditions on the drilling field and different purposes of sewage treatment; therefore, the structure and equipment provided are different; generally, the treatment equipment mainly comprises pump house, air floatation tank, settling tank, agent tank, primary pool, and filter. The pump house is set with one sewage lift pump, four dosing pumps, one dissolved air tank, and one air compressor; the rotary sludge scraper is set above the air floatation tank, and mixers are provided above agent tanks; one water feeding pump and one backwash pump are equipped for the filter, and one water feeding pump is equipped for the filter tower; the static mixers are connected to the outlet of lift pump in series to evenly mix and fully react the agent and sewage. The water feeding, dosing, mixing, destabilizing and flocculation, air floatation and deslagging, sedimentation and mud discharging, filtration and purification can be carried out in sequence during the operation as per the design requirements.  2.1 Equipment parameters  The treatment capacity of equipment is 6~12.0m3/h, the average sand content of slag mud separated by the equipment is ≤55%, which may be disposed in a harmless way after solidification. The water treated by the equipment may be discharged after meeting the standard requirements.
