The LF driver has a tough, water resistant cone and features a high BL motor with a flat-wire copper coil and an aluminum demodulating ring. This reduces intermodulation distortion and improves midrange performance when driven hard. Increased excursion is available by virtue of a triple roll surround and deep motor structure.
