Waste Water Treatment Electrolysis Rectifier EDI Power Supply With Automatic Polarity Reversal RS485 Profibus Profinet Communication

Water Treatment Power Supply ApplicationWaste water treatmentWaste water treatment processes require DC power for producing electric fields, these processes rely on DC power supplies, electrolytic water treatment power supply, also referred to as rectifiers, as a critical device in the treatment of water to convert available AC to DC, as DC power is not readily available. With the power supply outputs connected to the water enclosure's electrodes, control of the power supply is critical to ensure process repeatability and operational safety. Front touch panel indicators and self diagnostics eases system setup and troubleshooting.Electrodeionization (EDI)Electrodeionization is a chemical-free water-treatment process that uses electrodes to ionize water molecules to separate dissolved ions from the water. A DC power is used in conjunction with electrochemical cells to provide the electricmagnetic field to separate the ionized species from the feed water. EDI is often used in applications requiring ultrapure water, such as pharmaceutical, semiconductor manufacuring, or other industrial processes.ElectrolysisHydrogen generation via electrolysis of water relies on water being split into individual components and then introducing electrons to form hydrogen gas. Water reacts at the anode for an oxidation reaction, resulting in positively charge hydrogen ions and oxygen gas. The hydrogen ions then combine with electrons at the cathode, introduced from an external circuit, to form usable hydrogen gas. A high-current DC power supply is connected to the electrodes to provide the external current necessary to produce hydrogen in volume. Why Green Power power source rectifier?Support automatic output polarity reversalas short as every 5 seconds for waste water treatment process.Build for high reliability, professional and experienced electrical, mechanical design and software programming, reliable materials and components, strict quality control process, PCB board reliability testing and full load aging testing. The power supplies are built for peak voltage and peak current operation, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With thousands of power supplies delivered every year, have confidence in the reliability of Green Power products.Rich experience and reputation in water treatmentindustry, abroad voltage and current model offering directly matches with EDI modules and other water treatment requirements, allowing power supplies to be closely matched to actual power requirements.Easy PLC integration: through DSP digital micro controller programming, provide multiple remote control options, 4-20mA or 0-10V analog signal+dry contacts, RS485 interface MODBUS protocol, Profibus DP, Profinet, allows the rectifier to be easily integrated with external PLC.Cooling optionsWater Cooling option: the water cooling is recommended for environments with poor air quality or without adequate air flow necessary for the power supply, or with acid and alkali corrosive pollution. Need to provide cooling water with adequate water pressure and flow within allowed water temperature.Air Cooling option: recommend for power below 40kw, with good air ventilation and clean air, ambient temperature lower than 35.Technical SpecificationRectifierType Switching mode DC Power Supply forwater treatmentelectrolysisreactionOutput Voltage Up to 600VOutput Current Up to 10000APolarity reversal method Electronicautomatic polarity reversalPolarity reversal time setting range 5S-64800s(18hour)Efficiency ≥90%at rated outputPower factor >0.93 at rated outputConstant Voltage Control Accuracy Within 1.0% of rated output voltageConstant Current Control Accuracy Within 1.0% of rated output currentMains Supply 3 phase 230VAC, 380VAC, 415VAC, 440VAC, 480VAC, 550VAC, 600VAC   50-60HzInsulation Resistance ≥5MΩRemote Control Fully controlled and monitored by connection to a PLCthrough communicationMODBUS, Profibus orProfinet.
