K-5211H is a gel ointment was compounded by metal oxide (with great thermal conductivity& insulation) and organic siloxane.

APPLICATION
Function: Export the heat from components and reduce its working temperature
Filling and coating in the electronics, electrical appliance and components.
Such as: the gap of CPU and radiator, high-power transistor, silicon controlled components
the gap between diode and the surface of substrate (aluminum, cooper)
the contacted surface between trial PA tube and thermal fin

HOW TO USE
Preparation
Clean the coating surface and remove the oil and grease.
Application
Squeeze out the thermally conductive silicon grease, and directly coating into the uncoated surface with a thin layer.
The coating ways: brushing, scraping, or roll coating
Attention
The surface should coat evenly by filling the whole gap with a fully thin layer. And make sure not coat too much on the surface.
