JT-503/JT-G751:
This product is a kind of two-component polyurethane adhesive which can be coated with high solid content. It has low viscosity and good viscous force. It is a functional adhesive which can resist acid,hot,alkali, etc. Products can be sterilized and disinfected at 100 °C.It have good viscous force after curing treatment .It can be used to laminate PET or PVC ,aluminium /PVC, high grade laminated materials. It is suitable for high speed and low speed laminating.
The polyurethane adhesive which make aluminium /plastic materials, It is widely useful for communication cable’s screen film and all kinds of air pipes.
Applicable Substrate:
Apply to laminate some flim structures such as BOPP,CPP, VMCPP(PET), PE. There are more applications in the field of anti-media demanding

3.The amount of diluent to add: Wx = -(Wz+Wg)

In the formula :
Wx is the amount of diluent (kg);Wz is the amount of main component (kg);
Nz is the amount of solid content of main component(%);
Wg is the amount of solidifier (kg);
Ng is the amount of solid content of solidifier (%);
N is the working concentration of preparing the glue (%)
Cautions:
1.The substrate surface should be clean, dry and free of dirt, and the surface tension should be greater and equal to 38-42 dyne (dyne/square centimeter).
2.The water content in the solvent ethyl acetate should be less than 0.2% and shall not contain active hydrogen material such as alcohol, acid and amine.
3.The relative humidity shall be less than 85% in the complex environment.
4.The composite strength will be affected if applying the thin-film that contains excessive smoothness agent (erucylamide), so its usage should be strictly controlled.
5. Please use up all prepared glue solution within 8 hours, the remaining glue shall be sealed and refrigerated, and thaw it in the sealed circumstance and mix with new prepared glue solution when use it next time. It is prohibited applying whitish or cross linking glue.
. Composite Process
The temperature of drying tunnel is 60-70-80C; the temperature of composite is 75~ 85 C; the pressure of press roll is 0.3 ~ 0.5MPa.
The temperature of drying tunnel should be increased from low to high, the temperature and air volume of drying tunnel is the important condition for solvent evaporation, so it shall take great concern about it. The appropriate temperature and pressure of hot drum is able to improve product transparency and peel strength.
.The Storage of Product:
This product is flammable and should be stored in a place where it is cool, moisture proof and ventilation and fire-proof.
