Vinyl-based Injection Anchoring Adhesive is two-component high-strength adhesive of mixed type resin.
1. Product Characteristics
1) High strength, strong cohesion, good toughness, effect is equivalent to embedded.
2) Aging resistance, good heat-resistant performance, creep does not occur at room temperature.
3) Low moisture sensitivity, long-term load stability in a damp environment.
4) acid-alkali resistance, good seismic resistance performance, no expansion.

5. Operation Process
Drill hole → Clean hole → Inject adhesive → Anchor → Cure
Notes:
1) Drill hole in accordance with the required pore size and depth strictly.
2) Clean the hole thoroughly.
3) Install static mixer, and squeeze out the rubber compound without uniform mixing in the front.
4) Inject the glue from the bottom to the orifice and fill over 2/3 depth of the hole.
5) Screw the steel bars or screws into the hole, and immediately twitch up and down several times to ensure the glue even.
6) The curing time is 4 hours at 5 °C and 2 hours at 20 °C. Should not touch the rod during this period. It can bear immediately after curing.
6. Attentions
1) Masks, gloves and goggles should be worn when construction.
2) Notice fire prevention and maintain good ventilation on scene.
3) If accidentally swallowed or splashed into the eyes, please seek medical service at once.
7. Storage and Transportation
1) Store in a cool, dry, ventilated storehouse. Storage period is six months at 25 °C.
2) This product is non-toxic, which belongs to non-dangerous goods, and can transport as general chemical building materials.
