It is neutral Silicone mildew proofing Sealant is a one part, neutral curing sealant specifically designed for the sealing of sanitary fittings, including baths, showers, sinks, urinals and ceramic tile joints. It is mildew and fungus resistant.

It fits for fixing up and sealing all kinds of kitchen utensil and sanitary equipment with weatherproofing and mildew proofing, like baths, showers, sinks, urinals and ceramic tile joints. Application
1. Clean with solvents such as toluene or acetone to keep the substrate surfaces completely clean and dry.
2. For better appearance cover outside of joint areas with masking taps before application.
3. Cut nozzle to desired size and extrudes sealant to joint areas.
4. Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
Limitations
It doesn't fit for structural usage.It should NOT be applied in the following conditions:a. To all materials that bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents, and green or partially sulfur zed gaskets or tapes, etc.b. In totally confined space (Silicone sealant need the water in the air to cure)c. For continuous immersion in water or below-grade applications all the yeard. To painted surfaces, may cause seal failure as the paint cracking or paint strippinge. To frost laden or wet surfacesf.
