Two-component Polyurethane Adhesive

The one-component glue is specially designed for ventilated type of plastic track, which is used for binding black rubber granules. 

Two-component Adhesive Specification:

Color: red,green,blue,yellow,etc

Physical form: liquid

Hardness(SHAO A): 45-60

Elasticity: MPA>=0.7

Break-drawing elongation rate%: >=90

Compress recovery rate%:>=95

Flame retard level: 1

Instruction and Attention:1. The ratio of black rubber granules is determined by granule size and performance.  

     Recommended consumption ratio: A:B=1:6; 2. Blend glue and black rubber granules in order; 3. Pot life: 2-3 hours/15-25°c. If the temperature is above 25°c, it may reduce the useful time; 4. No Smoking,No Open Flames

Application Field

1,Conglutinating the black granules for synthetic ventilation running track and mixture racetrack.

2,Conglutinating the prefabricated running track to the subbase

3,Used for other sports courts like tennis court, basketball field,etc.

Packing and storage

200-300kg/Drum 

Stored in a cool,dry and ventilating place.

No direct sun,get rid of heat and water source.

Once opened, make sure to use it up at one time. If you can't, please fill in the nitrogen gas and seal it. 

Common storage life: 6 months
