Single component supply,easy to use;Solid content ≥98%;Good application performace,moderate serviceable time,mixed with rubber particles according to the proportion of 1:6~10,which has excellent cohesive strength in certain compacted density;The combination property is superior after solidification,which could maintain excellent physical property in long term.

4.Product Package

Adopt the standard packaging of the metal barrel:200±0.5kg/bucket;it can also be packed based on customer requirements.

5.Product Application

It is applicable to the adhesion,compaction and paving of rubber particles in gas-permeable and composite racetrack and court.

6.Usage Method

Firstly,weigh certain amount of polyurethane adhesive into burden barrel,then add rubber granules according to the proportion of 1:6~10 and stir evenly for paving application.The application must be compacted;more dense the compacted density is,stronger the cohesive strength can be.

7.Shaping

Under proper operation,this material has excellent cohesive strength with both base course and rubber particles after gel and cure time.However,it can not eliminate some flaws caused by excessive rubber particles proportion,non-uniform mixing,bad compacted density or other subjective/objective reasons,such as poor bond strength or bad base adhesion partially.
