Yaxing’s PTFE coated fiberglass adhesive tapes are high temperature resistant, have a low coefficient of friction, and are chemically inert. PTFE tapes are resistant to wear and tear and are used in a variety of manufacturing processes. For example, these tapes are used in the manufacture of plastic bags and various plastic products, as a cover to heat seal and l-bar heat presses, for tool and mold release, and in baking applications. They are available with high temperature silicone or acrylic adhesive systems, and they are also available with or without liner.

Yaxing’s fiberglass fabric impregnated with PTFE dispersion and coated with high-temperature,pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive.
[ APPLICATIONS ]
Frequently used by the packing industry as a release surface on heat sealers, blister formation and form-fill-seal equipment. The durability and anti-stick properties also make it an ideal material for the lining of guide rails, chutes and slides. The high temperature capabilities and non-stick properties allow it to perform as an excellent release surface in the composite aircraft industry
[ PRODUCT BENEFITS ]
A very durable and versatile product. The combination of PTFE, fiberglass and a high temperature silicone adhesive allows it to perform in continuous temperatures up to 500°F. It is dimensionally stable and resistant to tears, punctures, abrasion and wear. It will not "cold flow" under heavy loads
