Self-destructing labels are a popular choice for product identification labels, specifically those that may be required for warranty and product authentication purposes. Self-destructing labels are designed so that they cannot be removed without some sign of tampering. These labels can be printed with branding, certification and product information, including barcodes and serialized data.

VOID labels and tapes, also called “Evidence Tape”, are designed to separate into layers when removed. These labels are made to expose a pattern and/or words when the tape or label is peeled off—leaving a patterned adhesive on the substrate. The effectiveness of VOID products is affected by the surface of the substrate, so one product may perform differently than another depending on the surface to which it will be adhered. VOID labels and tapes can be provided with standard VOID text/patterns or with custom text/patterns.

Security labels, tapes and seals are designed to indicate or reveal if a seal has been broken by making it extremely difficult to match a pattern once it has been cut or by revealing words, for example, some time after the seal has been broken.
