About rope dyeing process
(1) Warping
Equipment:American West Point Ball Warper
Our factory bought raw yarn, then, we arrange the yarn by American
West point 928 ball warper. Why do we arrange the yarn on earth?
We do this in order to change several hundred pieces of yarn into one unit. Therefore, we can realize rope dyeing in this way.
(2) Rope Dyeing
Equipment: American Morison Ball Warper Dye Range
Rope dyeing process :
Firstly, we will make the yarn be moist. Secondly, we will dye the yarn several times. Rope dyeing can allow the yarn oxide totally. After this, we will wash the yarn by warm water to make the yarn clean. Then, we use softener to make the yarn more soft and comfortable. Next, dry the yarn. At last, put the dyed yarn into the barrel.

Yarn Separating and Corns Making are activities which are opposite to Warping. Warping is to change several hundred yarn into one rope but separating yarn and making tubes are to change one rope of dyed yarn into several yarn tubes.
